Chapter 15 "Go meet the beauty."

The top floor of Nanyuan is different from the other floors. In addition to two lounges, there is a large private room. Shen Zhiyi was led in by the waiter. The men were drinking and chatting around the sofa. Pei Yu was nowhere to be seen, but the voices from inside could be faintly heard.

The man who answered the call spoke in a deeper voice, "If you don't come out to see us, the brothers will think you are terminally ill."

"Pfft, Songzhi, stop making trouble. Our Pei Ge'er is still strong. I think he can still cause trouble to us for decades."

Under the man's urging, the man who had been hiding in the corner and occupying a small piece of his own world finally condescended to speak. His tone was his usual cold and lazy. Shen Zhiyi could almost imagine the cold eyes flowing from between his eyelashes when he lowered his eyes.

"It's noisy."

Shen Zhiyi was led by a waiter to a small tea room. A Tang-style screen with paintings of ladies separated this place from the inner venue, but the sound of chatting and laughing could still be heard over there.

If Pei Yu came here to meet up with friends, why did he ask her to come over? Shen Zhiyi felt a little awkward and deliberately sat in the chair in the corner. Although she didn't want to eavesdrop, the other party's voice still came through word by word.

Pei Yu, who was going to meet his beautiful lady, turned outside and entered the small tea room separated by a screen. He was dressed casually today. The black shirt outlined his broad shoulders and narrow waist, and added a bit of coldness. He seemed to feel uncomfortable, so the top button of his collar was unbuttoned, and a part of his collarbone was faintly visible. Before Shen Zhiyi could say anything, he was hugged by him. He tilted his head and smelled the faint smell of alcohol on her body, and his eyebrows slightly frowned.

With the experience from last time, Shen Zhiyi quickly said, "I didn't drink this time."

She pursed her lips and said, "Boss Qin didn't let me toast."

"Well," Pei Yu leaned forward and held her in his arms, supporting her with his hands on her sides. When he tilted his head, his jawline was clear and superior. He said lazily, "He doesn't dare."

Shen Zhiyi asked quietly, "Did you mean that the investment crew asked to modify the script?"

"Are you unhappy?"

Pei Yu lowered his eyes and looked at her, implicitly acknowledging that this matter was indeed instigated by him.

But he didn't show off and ask for rewards, but asked this question first

Shen Zhiyi was startled by the question and touched his face, "Do I look unhappy?"

"No."

Pei Yu leaned over and kissed the place where her fingertips touched, then slightly distanced himself from her, maintaining this half-kiss, half-kissing posture, "I took the initiative, I'm afraid you'd be unhappy."

Although he said he was afraid, there was no similar expression on his face, it always seemed like a joke.

Shen Zhiyi answered seriously, "I'm not unhappy."

She was just surprised because she never thought he would do that.
